I think you miss the licence over the vstsounds.
So, that are the sounds, that are missing a licence.
Click on ALL and you can see wich packs are installed.
Because you can install sounds via the Steinberg Download Assistant, but if you do not have licence on a product, then you see red pictograms in the list.
extension = *.vstsound.
