GROOVE AGENT-no sounds, no patterns

I’ve just upgraded from ARTIST 7.5 to Cubase Producer 7.5 and I need someone to please help me understand why Groove Agent SE4 has no sounds or patterns in it.

It was the same in Artist 7.5, I had the module but no sounds and no patterns but when I upgraded I expected for everything to be there working correctly …

I purchased the box for 7.5 but never installed the trial discs could that be the reason …HELP?

if you have had this issue since the very beginning, I would suggest for you to just install everything from scratch:
http://www.steinberg.net/en/support/downloads/downloads_cubase_75.html

Make sure you install it “For everyone that uses this computer (all users)”.
