Groove Agent One Cycle Record Problem

Please help!

When using GAO in Cubase 6, regardless of which midi record settings I have entered on the transport, it behaves as if its merge/mix. This doesn’t happen with any of my other vsts.

I abandoned battery 3 because it was annoying to load samples into, but now I’m having this problem with GAO… it’s driving me crazy!

Any insight would be much appreciated!

I partially figured it out, in case anyone is interested. You need to make sure the midi editor is closed while recording, or else the cycle mode behavior gets screwed up.
