Groove Agent Question - All Velocities 127 regardless of Midi Info?

Hello! Is there a way in Groove Agent to set the velocity and dynamics of a one shot sample to always be the same level regardless of what the midi velocities are?

An example is that I can do this in Slate Trigger 2, where you go to the “View Curves” tab, and change “DYN” to 0 and “VEL” to 100. This results in the same sample at the same level every single time. Is there a way to have a sample in Groove agent ignore the dynamics of the velocities and just have it trigger the one shot?

You can find it in the Amp page. The parameter is called Vel > Lev (Velocity to Level modulation).

Does turning the Vel > Lev knob to 0% essentially make it have zero dynamics/level change? Is that the idea?

Yes. It governs by how much the velocity should affect the output level. 0% would mean “not at all”.
Just give it a try.
