hello everyone, today I bought cubase element 10 from the official steinberg website spending 100 euros. Together with cubase I installed groove agent SE and halion sonic SE.
The problem is that when I try to use, for example Groove agent I can’t use it because, for the program, more than 5000 files are missing. I am not very practical with the PC and I just can’t understand how to do it. Since I spent the money, I wanted to find a solution to use what I paid for

Try to reinstall Cubase. Make sure you:
- Downloaded the Full Installer.
- Unpack the ZIP file and install from the unzipped folder.
- Install as administrator.
Yes… make sure you unpack the zip and use Setup… When in the zip, the Setup icon doesn’t show as something we’d click, the Cubase installer does, and because that Cubase installer will work, we don’t realise we’ve done something wrong.
I was making the mistake of clicking the Cubase installer inside the ZIP. This will install Cubase but not the contents (that was for pro, elements might be different).
