I think so, given the fact, its the first sampler ever to offer real-time time stretch and pitch shifting the way it does. Most samplers allow you to slice samples and do offline time stretch. Which most times doesn’t sound good and is totally inflexible if you need to make changes in pitch or match a different tempo of your song. Ones the samples are laid down with Groove agent SE you can pitch up or down and change the tempo at will and everything stays in perfect timing.
Also most times once you slice a sample, the original tempo of each slice gets changed to something arbitrary based on the new sample length of each slice. Not so with Grove Agent SE. If the sample’s original tempo is 86 bpm, each slice stays at 86 bpm. This is IMHO a Triumph. Hats off
