Groove agent se question - what are these minus signs?

The signs indicate that you cannot access the item. In this particular case it looks like you are using a library that needs to be purchased but you either don’t have a license for it or it is not yet activated.

Thanks. I thought it must be something like that but I don’t understand why. I have cubase 13 pro, so with groove agent SE.
Am I supposed to have that library?
(I haven’t purchased any extra libraries and
There’s a whole bunch of libraries where I get mostly those negative signs.)
If they are libraries that come with cubase 13, how do I know if I activated it?
Or,
If the library doesn’t come with the purchase that I made, then why It part of my list of libraries?

Sorry for all the follow-up questions.

Don’t worry, it is not really your fault. The Steinberg Donwload Assistant is a piece of junk when it comes to guiding users.

On the left side you need to unfold the section “My Product Downloads” and select your Cubase there.
Afterwards you’ll find all libraries that are included in your license and you can download them.

Any other libraries costs money and must be purchased extra.

Good chance the files are not in the location where Media Bay thinks they are. Figure out what Library they belong to and then use the Steinberg Library Manager to see the location where Cubase thinks those files are located. Is that where they actually are?

If not you can either, A) move the .vstsound files back to that location B) register them in their new location.
