Groove Agent SE5 - A serious problem has occurred…”

I’m currently facing a specific issue with Groove Agent SE5 in relation to visual instruments. It seems that when I create a new project, add a new instrument (Groove Agent), and click on the “browser with presets,” I encounter an error message stating “A serious problem has occurred…” Has anyone experience a similar issue?

How do I solve this issue? Can anyone please suggest me a solution
