+1 if thinking of various latency in plugins and pdc used on every track etc.
ProTools do this really nice. There is a mixer rack module that show how much that track introduce in latency, how much delay is used due to overall latency on all tracks, and a field to set your own track delay(like Cubase has in Inspector too).
