Group Text (vs Staff/System text)

I’d love there to by a text type that only applied to a group; this would be visible only at the top of the group in the score, but in all of the parts. Currently I have to add staff text, and hide all but on in the score.
My specific case here is with an offstage, polytempo group which needs separate instructions from the other parts
