Good Evening, how can I set this way of grouping notes by default? (Together despite the end of the bar)
Click and Cmd-click (or Ctrl-click on Windows) to select the desired notes, then right-click–Beaming–Beam together.
Dorico won’t produce beam groupings that cross barlines by default, I’m afraid.
