I have imported 4 snare hits into my project.
Then I have loaded them into GAse.
I have saved the preset but the second time I opened GAse and selected the preset, wave files were missed.
How to save those file permanently into GAse?

Did you move or delete the wave files after you saved a preset?
You can try Export kit with samples option instead of just saving a preset.
This way you will have a preset file and a folder containing all the samples needed for the kit.
You can export a kit to any location on your computer, but if you export to or place both the preset file and the folder with samples to:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\VST3 Presets\Steinberg Media Technologies\Groove Agent SE\Program
they will show up in media bay automatically.
