GUI Lag/Frame Rate Drop in Cubase Artist 10

Hi,
I just purchased Cubase Artist 10 and I am having a weird issue with it. I’ll be moving my mouse around the screen and the cursor will stutter or lag. My monitor tells me the FPS outputted via my computer and when in Windows using any non Steinberg application I get a consistent 144fps. However, when using Steinberg software my fps goes to 32fps average with a low of 21, rendering it unusable. This happens in all Steinberg software on my computer including the download assistant.

Windows 10 64 Bit
Intel i7 8700k
16gb 3200mz RAM
Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti
Samsung 970 Evo NVMe m.2
Display - 1440p at 144hz
Focusrite Clarett 2pre

Any help would be appreciated. I’ve opened up a support ticket in the MySteinberg Support section but I’m trying everything I can as I want to get this fixed ASAP.

Same Problem here.

16Gb DDR3
Nvidia Gtx 1050
Samsung SSD
Focusrite Clarett 4Pre, but also on Maria Seraph A3 PCIe and Focusrite Scarlett 2i2

The Mouse hangs, the GUI hangs, but the frequency meters from the VST Plug ins falls down, while the Music
normally plays. That is really wired.
