There are two free Halion Sonic libraries available on the Steinberg site:
Alto Glockenspiel Essential
Guitar Harmonics Essential
I’m logged in with my user account on the Steinberg page. After clicking the “Free Download” button, I get directed to another page telling me that I’m about to receive an e-mail with additional instructions. However, nothing happens.

Hi all. I had the same problem. I suspect the link only allows you to get the license once per registered email address. The behaviour is the same with the Lo-Fi Piano plugin.
I however contacted the vendor directly at: support@cinematique-instruments.com
I asked for serials for both products (Guitar Harmonics & Alto Glockenspiel). They sent me new keys via email within a day or two. For what it’s worth I have these installed on a few machines.
