HALion 3 and the Natural Drum Kit MIDI Channels

Hello again

I’m using the Natural Drum Kit as a virtual instrument into Cubase SL 3 via HALion 3 - if you get my drift - and I’m having real trouble with the assignment of the MIDI channels to play the kits. Basically, if I load a kit into HALion 3 it takes up channels 1 - 6 but in Cubase I can only get channel 1 to play - most of the time. Sometimes the other channels kick in but I can’t figure out what it is that causes them to play.

I’ve experimented a lot and am stuck. Anyone any experience of the same setup ?

I’ve worked it out with help from Tweakz forum so you can all stop worrying…,
