Halion 4 Crash takes Nuendo Preferences with it?

Have any of you experienced a Halion 4 crash that wiped out your preferences?
I’m using Nuendo 5.55+Nek5.55 and I’ve had two crashes on two separate days that wiped out the Nuendo Preferences. I’m running the trial right now but I plan on purchasing and just want to know if this is happening with the current version. Kind of scared to use it now.

Anyone else? Known issue?

Have you opened a support request through MySteinberg?
Maybe there aren’t a lot of Nuendo, Halion 4 users out here.
