Halion and Groove Agent Content Missing on Install (9.5)

Obliged for any advice -

Just had Cubase 9,5 installed from scratch by the ICT man at school onto a laptop.

Lots of Groove Agent and Halion content missing.

He says he installed everything he was promote to during the setup…

Basically I want to know how I can see if the content is actually on my laptop somewhere so I can put it in the correct place.

Failing that, is it possible (given that the setup process was downloaded rather than installed from disk) to uninstall and reinstall without licensing problems?

If poss please advise

Hi,

I don’t know from which medium did you install. Most of the content is on the 2nd DVD, if you have installed from DVD. The same is true for the ISO.
