hii,
my halion soinc + halion soinc SE dosent work,
this is the massege thats pop out when i try to open the plug-in:

no valid license detected for HALion Sonic.

Please connect eLicenser and click Retry,
Click Cancel to stop loading the plug-in.

Make sure to have an up-date version of the liecense Control Center.

what i need to do?

I have the same issue, Had HALion sonic 2 working fine, then I updgraded from Cubase 9.5 to Cubase 11 and used the download assistant to download the SE3 version. Sonic 2 gave the same error as OP.
