So, I upgraded from 6.5 Artist to 7.5 Artist, tonight. I downloaded it from the link that came in the email after purchasing it from the Steinberg store. I installed the 64-bit version. Everything is working except that there is no HS 2 or GA SE4. They are not showing up in the VST instruments menu, and it’s .dll, etc, are not in any of the folders where they typically would be. In fact, plain old Halion Sonic and Groove Agent One are there in the folder instead (I was under the impression they only come with the Elements version). Retrologue, Padshop, etc, still seemed to have installed correctly and are working.
I noticed there was a thread concerning these missing VSTs, with links to download the .ISO files, but is that strictly for Cubase 7.5 and not Cubase 7.5 Artist?
Also, I updated to 7.5.20 if that makes any difference. Thanks.
