I don’t see any issues running, but I don’t see any presets and I want to fix the contents of this message.

This issue is also duplicated in Dorico execution.

Hi @B.Lab , pretty late my reply, but did you already solve the problem yourself?
While I was dealing with another customer who had the same issue, I did find another thread where yet another user found the reason and the cure.

Hi, I’ve had this problem and the issue was the external drive had changed it’s extension eg My stuff H to My stuff; I and when I fixed that all went back to normal. Let me know
