To all that helped me with this ties issue into a second ending: THANK YOU. I would like to give someone credit for the solution but I don’t see “Solution” anywhere in these messages to click on. Hmmm.

That’s because you didn’t start the thread.

John,
I have all the ties looking very good in the score but have discovered that when I look at each part layout I have to again make the grace notes transparent and adjust the Laisset Vibre so it looks correct. The changes in the score did not transfer to the parts. I really hope the developers can fix this at some point.
Jesper,
Oh. Got it. I am trying not to repeat threads that have shown up before so I guess I leap-frogged onto a previous thread while I was researching how to handle this whole tie mess.
This is because the properties in condensed music are sometimes different that in the same uncondensed music (this difference adds to the locally vs globally assigned properties). The parts use the properties assigned in the uncondensed status. So you need sometimes to set the properties twice: one with the music uncondensed, and once with the music condensed. (I hope I am not wrong, but so I managed to reach the desired result)
(I just noticed that in Fl.1 you have the bar numbers below, while in Fl.1 there are above, you can check your Layout Options):
