The manual tells us how to indicate sharps in a harp pedal diagram. But it doesn’t explain how to do flats. I need indicate D-flat major.

Indeed, in the task the example is for sharps but in the page for the playing techniques popover, there’s an example for flats as well. It’s just “b”, e.g. “BbEb” for Bb and Eb.
I must have forgotten to add a related link to the popover on the inputting page - I’ll make a note to add that.
