Has anyone imported harp pedals to Dorico from MusicXML successfully? I don’t get it to work and I don’t know if this is implemented in Dorico…?

Dorico has its own, very sophisticated routine for Harp pedals. Since no other notation program has anything like it, there would be no way for Dorico to absorb and translate it.

I seem to recall some Harp pedaling coming over from Finale in Text, but it was not helpful.

You’d have to have the same harp pedal font installed if you’re coming from Finale and, presumably, Sibelius. I’m not 100% sure, but it’s one thing to check (?)

I don’t know which applications actually export the <harp-pedals> element, but in any case, Dorico doesn’t at present import this element.
