I upgraded from Pro10 to Pro10.5 in the first week of October this year. Does anyone know what the grace period duration is?, I did the check on my licenser and the “computer said no”. It would have been nice after > 20 years of Cubase use to get lucky!
Grace update period is about 4-6 weeks, depending on product.
October 14 is the date according to the Cubase info page.
So 4 weeks in case of Cubase.
Next time:
Just wait with the activation until the new version is actually released, and you are guaranteed to get lucky… (unless policy changes).
