Have not received the code to migrate to the new licensing

I’m trying to contact the support and say that I have not received the code to migrate to the new licensing - it’s been long time now, I have provided a proof of purchase -
I cannot believe the issue is being ignored and the ticket was closed.
Very disappointing ! - has anyone had issues with the migration of the soundbank?

This is the user to user forum. Normally the voucher is loaded into the Steinberg Account associated with that license. Have you logged in there and double-checked that you are using the correct account?
