I have created a score for two pardessus de viole, and I can’t seem to find the two separate parts. The part for pardessus de viole 1 has both parts in it (but isn’t laid out nicely like the score), and no matter what I try to do, the part for pardessus de viole 2 shows every flow as tacet. First, what on earth did I do, and how can I fix it?
Originally, the point was simply to print two scores, but now it is clear that a study score and parts would be more practical.
Further comment. I finally managed to make both a first and second part show, but each of them has both parts showing. How can I remove the unwanted staff from each of the parts?
Oh, dear. I wasn’t checking boxes on both side panels as needed. Got it now. Sorry to bother you all, but that’s something that really should be shown as a screen shot in the manual!
