Having Cubase to Start Recording As Soon As a MIDI signal is received

Hi,

I would like to have cubase start recording midi tracks as soon as I play my external synth. I have a Yamaha PSR and would like to have cubase start recording ( I have 8 MIDI tracks armed) as soon as I play the synth. Is there a setting in Cubase to do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is not possible in Cubase.

Not exactly the same as requested but the only thing that comes remotely close is ‘Retrospective MIDI Record’? Please take a look at this:
