Having issues with mutes/solos … Many times it is not respecting the visual feedback of the button. The track says it is muted yet I hear it playing. The track is unmuted yet I hear nothing. I solo a single track and another track with no solo light on is also audible making two tracks soloed when there is only one solo light on. Many issues with mutes and solos in this regard. Hopefully it can be fixed quickly in a service update. Peace.
is ‘Mute Pre-Send when Mute’ deactivated?
Thanks so much for the response! It was not unchecked, so I went ahead and unchecked it, but that did not fix it as it is not an issue with sends. In the image, you can see that I have a track solo’d but the track above is not muted as expected. So the result is that you hear two tracks together instead of one.
Note: I’m heavily relying on MUTE AUTOMATION which I recently read is unreliable, and it’s proving to be …so I may have to switch to Pre-Gain automation, and suck it up. I’m working with 175 tracks so this sucks to be sure.
