Having trouble with stereo recording

So I have my blue yeti xlr cable plugged in both inputs on my UR22C. I have a stereo track and when I monitor it it sounds normal but once I record something and listen back to it, it’s panned all the way left. How do I fix this/what am I doing wrong? Additionally, when you record mono, does that mean it’s always panned only to one side? I’ve recorded my guitar straight through my interface, mono, and it fills up both headphones by default. Thank you for any help.

You need to setup connections in the studio menu so you have mono and stereo inputs. When recording mono then select a mono channel. That will then be in the centre.

What is that split cable you’re using from the mic to the interface?

It came with my blue yeti XLR mic. The red and white split inputs are male with 3 pins and the one that goes into the mic is 5 pin female. Why? Is there a problem with that or something?

Alright so here’s what I see on my screen. I got mono to fill up both headphones (at least I think, it sounds like it) But when I record stereo, only one of the inputs seems to pick up sound, thus creating the mono sound. Again, I hear stereo when I have monitoring on, but I only hear sound in one headphone when it records back. Do I literally need two mics to record stereo or something? Do you know why it only seems to record on one input? Other images below.

Found the issue. The white input is not working for some reason. I could’ve sworn it was working a few days ago, but oh well, that explains it.
