I’ve never thought about this before but as Cubase Preference for the HDPi is on by default , will this make any difference with older DVid monitors ? All 3 are the same monitors run off the newest GT730 hdmi graphic .
Is there any benefit for having this preference on ?
It does not matter if the monitor is DVId or HDMI, or how old it is.
This setting is what it is, i.e. a ‘preference’. Try both on or off, and literally see which you prefer. It will depend on the size and distance of your monitor… and you eyesight…
