Hello, I am a 16 year old boy who likes music in Korea. It’s not different. I’ve been trying to download the base for the first time in a long time, but I can’t turn it on because of the activation key. I bought the 10th version of the Cubase as an Element version and put it on my old computer. But I couldn’t register my eLicenser on the Steinberg homepage, and now my old computer has been formatted and I can’t reissue the activation code. Can you help me reissue it?

If your Cubase Elements 10 has not been activated on the old computer yet, you can just activate it on the new computer. If it has been activated already, go thru the Reactivation process on the new computer, please.
If your Cubase Elements 10 has been activated, but not registered, then you have to get in touch with official Steinberg support to find the Soft-eLicenser Number of your old computer.
