Help! Cubase le 7 download error

Hi guys,

I’m having problems download my le 7 zip file, it downloads to around 1.4gb (even though its supposed to be 2.2gb but the browser/s thinks/says its complete /100%) and when opened is corrupt! I have tried downloading so many times from different devices and browsers etc, but yet to have any luck. I have tried contacting Steinberg support but they seem quite slow and I have not had no reply. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, have you solved it and how?

Yes, I am having the exact same problem. I have posted in the forum and e-mailed Steinberg and have had no response yet. In reading the forum it appears that many other people have had the same issue as well.

I would suggest using Firefox with a wired connection for the download. If the problem persists, please submit a support request through your MySteinberg account and your local technical support will do their best to help.
