HELP: DOWNLOAD ACCESS CODE lost

Hi guys, here is my problem, recently i bought an UR22 interface, but lost my download access code sheet, so i cant download the great Cubase AI 7 :frowning:

The question: Do yo know if there is a way to request a new one using my UR22 serial number? if yes, where can i ask for it?

Go to your My Steinberg acount. There, you may be able to request a download code. If not, submit a support ticket (also at My Steinberg).
