HELP!! EXPORT AUDIO MIXDOWN

…having an issue with EXPORT > AUDIO MIXDOWN.
AFTER selecting all tracks, and going into the mixdown page, filling out exerything as it should be (to my best understanding)
and clicking EXPORT, I get this error msg

The license required for application ‘MP3 Encoder C’ was deactivated, because it needs to be validated.
Should the licenseserver validate the licenses now?

You can use the ‘Validate License Usage Periods’ wizard of the ‘eLicenser Control Center’ to validate this license later.

i click ok and “go to online shop”. and now it wants me to purchase an eLICENSE…
but i already have a licence for cubase 8, its valid i just checked it…

what am i missing?

What is your used software? Not all Cubase versions include an unlimited license for the mp3 encoder.

i clicked around with it so long that it gave in and surrendered control to me. everythings working as it should now.
