Help, I can't reach Steinberg support

I have created three tickets with Steinberg, up until now. Haven’t got reply to any of them, and I suspect my tickets falls in to a black hole.

Whenever I click “My Support Tickets”, I get logged out constantly. I have followed this guide, but no help: https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/en-us/articles/360007044320-MySteinberg-Logged-out-when-trying-to-submit-a-support-request

I have also written to the mail on that page twice, but I get no answers, it’s been weeks.. How do I get through to them? This “logout problem” happens every year, and I don’t know why. I have posted on reddit but get no response there either. There is no Steinberg phone number and nobody to get in touch with.

I’m in Norway

So when you search for the phone numbers in the support pages you get to the numbers in the screenshot. I explicitly selected Norway, but it leads to the German phone numbers in Hamburg.

There’s another page listing Scandinavia but the outcome remains the same. It’s the same number (English speaking support) with 10125 at the end listed for Scandinavia, UK, Ireland and others.

All telephone support numbers for European countries are based in Hamburg.

I haven’t tried this myself but have you tried sending an email to support@steinberg.net ? Most companies have a support@ email address. It might work. Cheers.
