I made an arrangement of a hymn many, many years ago but I have no idea which hymn. Score was lost years ago and the audio quality isn’t something I’m proud of, but it was an export from Capella I believe … at any rate, there’s a 20 second intro then the hymn appears.

I don’t recognize it either. Styling wise, the melody reminds me of a lot of the Catholic hymns/songs that were written after the Second Vatican Council (i.e. after 1965). It could also be a Praise & Worship song.
Very well could be. If memory serves, it came out of an evangelican hymnal for a joyous season.

It is actually pretty cool, but no luck with that melody.
I had the same thought. And I’m not sure how much the melody has been played around with to even do a melodic search for it. Doesn’t ring as a “hymn” to my ear at all.
