So I got several accounts and several Cubase licenses for work and private use. Now My license for my studio computer seems to be gone?! I cant find this license under any of my steinberg accounts?! I got the dongle and Im running it on the studio computer but I have no account for this particular license?!? Now I want to upgrade this one to PRO 12 but is it even possibvle without an account for this license?!

Get in contact with your local distributor/support, please. Provide them the USB-eLicenser Number. They will be able to find your MySteinberg user name/email address.
