i imported a drum track, but wheni tried to add another audio track record enable wouldn’t work.tried clicking on it in the inspector but the same thing happens. i’m stumped and i need some advice.
Have you assigned the track an input?
for some strange reason it won’t let me assign a bus. it just says ‘no bus’ when i try to assign one. what the hell is going on? 
Do you have your input busses correctly configured in VST Connections?
yeah. the input busses in the vst connections are ok.
If your track’s inspector won’t allow you to choose an input bus, then something must be amiss with your connections. Maybe a screenshot? 
if it says “no bus” you definately haven’t activated any inputs in the vst connections to make them available to use as the tracks input.
