Help Required Media Bay not playing files (clicle with line)

Hi,

I have installed the Dubstep sample library from the Download assisstant and they show up in the Library Manager. They appear in the Media Bay of Cubase 13 but with an circle icon with a horizontal line through it instead of the wave form icon.

I get the following message when I double click the file from within windows file explorer - No action was performed! The corresponding VST Sounds are already registered.

Does anyone have any idea what is going wrong?

Have you double checked that you activated the license in the license manager?

Hi,

Make sure the MediaBay Component is up to date, please. It becomes updated automatically, once you start Steinberg Download Assistant.
