Help with download manager

I just purchased C11. It’s up and running but the download manager no longer sees all the products I own. I suspect its because I had to order C11 with my new email address. This raises a couple of questions:
Do I need to merge my old store account tied to my old email addr with the new account?
If so, how do I do this?

The tab in the Download Manager that shows products you own is a recent addition that has only been partially implemented at this point. So only some products will appear there while others will not. This issue exists for everyone. You can still access any downloads just like before this tab was added by scrolling down to the section for a specific product.
