Can I ask you if you have had success with the tempo track and with having different tempos is the arranged parts than what is at the beginning of the tracks?

No. I’ve never used the Arranger with an active Tempo Track only fixed Tempos. All Tempo variation is introduced after the Arranger has been flattened.
