Hello, I have Cubase 9.5 Pro Educational. I want to upgrade to 14 Pro. Should I go to the “Updates and Upgrades” section, or do I need to choose the Educational version again?

You can go to the Update section and pick the option that includes an update from Cubase 9.5 pro to Cubase 14 Pro. There is no difference between educational and regular versions with regard to the Update process.
Afterwards, your new Cubase 14 version will no longer be an educational version.
