Hi, I purchased an update to cubase elements 13 but didn’t read that it was an update from cubase 12 le to version 13, I currently have cubase le 11 installed and the download code is not working. How is it possible to change to update from 11 le to elements 13 for free, or return the product

You can either get a refund following the billing and rfunds link here

Or you can post in this thread asking to get LE13 update which will then work with the Elements upgrade you bought.

You haven’t fully got it by the looks of things…you said you had LE and bought an upgrade from LE but you just asked for an AI update. They are NOT THE SAME, make sure you ask the correct thing.

I look in me eLicencer control centre, and you’re right, i have Cubese LE 11, Thank You. І correct mistake
