Hide the bypass button for VST Instrument

I’ve noticed that Steinberg instruments open in Cubase without the bypass button.
I need this behavior in my VST instrument, too.
How can I tell the host I’m not interested in a bypass button?

You do not have to export the bypass parameter (flagged kIsBypass) if you not support or want it.
