Hiding cautionary clefs

Good afternoon,

I wonder whether anyone could help me with a problem I seem to be having with hiding cautionary clef changes.

I have created the incipits by creating a coda break and setting the spacing to 0. When I go to enter the modern clefs at the beginning of the ‘coda’ the top stave and bottom stave bring up cautionaries, but the third stave doesn’t.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know of a workaround to hide the cautionary clefs here?

Daniel Spreadbury came up with this workaround 5 years ago and includes a file. Below is that link.

Hi EJW1, Just for your information, Claude and others have suggested that for this kind of bracket, the best solution is to use the tuplet function (and choose not to show the ratio, of course). No need to do it in the end, and if you want to change the looks of your score, the brackets will stick with the music correctly. It took a long while to tweak and adjust it to work for this project, but it has essentially provided the correct result!
