Hiding/Showing chord symbols

Hello all,

using latest Dorico iPad (v5.x.x) I can’t show/hide chord symbols for all instruments. I just can’t see the context menu for that. I’m following this: Hiding/Showing chord symbols

However I really need this feature as I’m setting up a horn section arrangement and don’t want to input the chord symbols multiple times or doing copy/paste.

I just tried it, and it works as written in the manual. I guess you just missed a thing.

  • To show chord symbols above all instrument staves HELD BY THE PLAYER, choose Chord Symbols > Show for All Instruments.

You have to change this setting for every player. It’s a setting for the player and not a global one.
