I’m in the process of printing parts from a score, and on all of the singers’ parts there are several rows of “Tacet” at the end of their part. I researched it, but the resolution offered did not work. Any suggestions?

You can de-select the player from those flows in Setup (so no empty bars appear) and also uncheck the Tacet option in Layout Options (so no Tacet appears). [remember to select the correct Layout when changing the Layout Options]
