I can’t work out quite what type of signpost that is, but it’ll be on the View > Signposts menu.

Looks like a bracket and barline change to me - you can hide the signpost as Leo described, or if you didn’t mean to have a change in how staves are joined by brackets, braces, or barlines, you can select the signpost and delete it to reset bracket/barline grouping to your per-layout default (if this is the first signpost) or to what’s set in a previous signpost, if one exists.
