High time for a Strum midi insert

I think it’s high time for a Strum type midi insert. I find it fairly amazing that we don’t have one yet as it would be fairly simple to implement.

Anyways it’s also time to address the ‘midi insert preset’s missing’, as installing Cubase 8.5 this issue is STILL persistent in 2016. Bug reports sent but I think they have been moved to ‘misc’ section and not fully addressed so that any and every install of the latest Cubase builds, installs without the need to copy the presets manually from some secret location to another location where they are needed.
