Hey Steve, funny to get your comment today! I just went back to this piece on this very day. I recorded a live (acoustic) bass part for this one this afternoon, and I’m re-mixing. My local double-bassist (family member) was finally in the neighborhood and available to record. Someone else is lined up to record the electric bass in the second half, hopefully improving on the electric bass part I had put down earlier. Not sure that will ever happen, as he is not in good health right now. Still hoping though. The guys in the band (which is now defunct) would say that I fell down the stairs when I was young and that’s why my time signatures are sometimes unusual.
Part II is underway. I put it on hold when my ideas ran short. I have a good minute and a half, though. It will come, over time.
